Jason (J of JR Island Built)has a keen eye for detail as a furniture tradesperson. With 10+ years of experience manufacturing custom timber furniture, he has built exceptional pieces for luxury homes, hotels, and yachts. He ensures all other trades assigned to the project provide quality craftsmanship compliant with local building codes and regulations. During his time on Vancouver Island, he has built up a great network of quality trades while being in the industry.

He has been the site supervisor for Watercress Developments over the previous 12 years living in Nanaimo. He has extensive experience working on custom new home builds and renovations. He achieves this by working directly with clients to bring their visions to life.

Rachel (R of JR Island Built) has a Degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and manages all the paperwork, budgeting, and scheduling involved with the project management. She provides bookkeeping services to other construction companies.
